Regional Workplace Manager, Region South

The Regional Workplace Manager, Region South, is responsible for overseeing workplace experience and operations across a geographical area encompassing 10 countries. This role combines elements of people management, technology integration, and space planning to create exceptional environments for employees, visitors, contractors, and courier partners. The manager will support in-country workplace managers, ensuring that all office locations are functional, comfortable, safe, sustainable, and efficient.

Key responsibilities include leading a regional team of workplace managers and coordinators to align workplace experiences with Wolt's mission and values. The role involves setting up and onboarding new offices as Wolt expands, ensuring effective communication with landlords and stakeholders to deliver office projects on time and in accordance with global standards. Additionally, the manager will ensure all sites are maintained to high standards and comply with local and global policies, develop department policies and procedures in line with international health and safety standards, and partner with central teams to implement office-specific programs related to health and safety, sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in workplace or facilities management within a global organization operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with industry qualifications such as IWFM or CFM considered a bonus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across departments, manage multiple stakeholders, and be willing to travel to support all locations within the region, especially during office relocations and openings.
