Registered Nurse

Savoy Life, a technology-enabled healthcare services startup under Red Cell Partners, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hands-on clinical support for seniors in various settings, including individual homes, assisted living, independent living, and memory care facilities. This role involves direct patient care and extensive care coordination to improve resident outcomes.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments and ongoing check-ins to identify and support care needs, assisting Advanced Practice Providers in developing and implementing chronic condition care plans, and coordinating care through collaboration with primary care providers, specialists, families, and other care services. The RN will also maintain accurate documentation in Savoy Life's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and provide clinical expertise to on-site staff.

Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license in Washington and possess a valid driver's license. A strong background in geriatric care, experience in care planning for chronic conditions, and proficiency in using EHR systems are essential. The ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and adapt to new processes within a growing startup environment is also required.
