The Regulated Services Product Management Leader at Equifax is responsible for leading a team of product managers who define, negotiate, and maintain prioritized product roadmaps for regulated systems and services. This role encompasses the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements definition through build, launch, and continuous enhancement—ensuring solutions align with enterprise business objectives, compliance mandates, and operational scalability. The leader will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing product team while collaborating closely with technology, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and remove delivery obstacles.

Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of product managers, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle for internal and external regulated services, driving cross-alliance collaboration, managing strategic dependencies across various teams, and handling full people leadership responsibilities such as performance appraisals, compensation reviews, training, coaching, and career development. Additionally, the leader will identify and resolve operational, technical, or organizational roadblocks that impact the team's ability to meet strategic milestones and delivery goals, and establish and execute communication plans to align key stakeholders on product priorities, business impacts, and roadmap updates.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. They should have over 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years of direct people management or team lead experience, including hiring and performance management. Experience in defining product requirements and roadmaps within a regulated industry or compliance-focused domain (e.g., FCRA, GLBA, GDPR, or financial services) is essential. Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering, UX/design, and operational teams to deliver technical capabilities, as well as a proven track record of evaluating customer/department needs and managing build-vs-buy decisions with defined business trade-offs, are also required.
