Relationship Associate, Institutional Client Relations

SRS Acquiom is seeking a Relationship Associate to join its Institutional Client Relations (ICR) team. This role involves serving as the primary administrative contact for key clients, including venture capital and private equity investors, company founders, and top-level executives, throughout the post-closing phase of mergers and acquisitions. The Relationship Associate will be responsible for conveying complex M&A deal information concisely, keeping clients informed of post-closing events and milestones, and facilitating communication with other professional teams at SRS Acquiom when appropriate.
