Remote CLM Project Manager/Scrum Master

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead the delivery and enhancement of a proprietary Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This pivotal role focuses on enabling Medicaid contract functionality, ensuring solution alignment, and overseeing data migration from legacy systems. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates able to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of CLM enhancements across development, testing, and IT delivery teams. Key duties include actively managing dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure delivery commitments are met. Additionally, the role involves serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and tracking sprint progress and delivery metrics.

Applicants should have proven experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master in enterprise environments, with a demonstrated ability to run Agile teams and drive delivery across complex, integrated systems. Strong skills in managing challenging stakeholders, conflict resolution, and handling delivery pressure are essential. Hands-on experience with RAID logs, executive-level status reporting, budget tracking, and risk management is required. Experience working with CLM or contract management systems is preferred.

The compensation for this contract-to-perm position ranges from $38 to $48 per hour.
