Remote Waiver Legal Assistant

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking a Remote Waiver Legal Assistant to join its expanding legal team. This position reports directly to the Immigration Department Supervisor and requires a solid understanding of immigration laws and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a client-focused attitude and strong case management skills, with knowledge of both non-immigrant and immigrant visa requirements. The role involves active participation in various aspects of the firm's immigration practice, including client relationship management, case analysis, preparation, and filing of non-immigrant petitions.
