As a Renewal Manager at Gong, you will be instrumental in ensuring the continued success and satisfaction of our SMB customers. This role involves managing the entire contract renewal process, identifying opportunities for account expansion, and collaborating with various teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and driving the company's growth.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the renewal process from initial outreach to contract execution, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing churn. You will lead commercial negotiations by developing pricing proposals, addressing objections, and securing mutually beneficial agreements. Additionally, you will engage with customers through live interactions, utilizing data insights to reinforce Gong's value and alignment with their objectives. Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts will also be a crucial aspect of your role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or sales within a B2B SaaS environment. A proven track record of managing and negotiating contracts with a strong renewal and expansion success rate is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce and Gong, particularly in managing opportunities, is required. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with strong business acumen and organizational abilities, are key to succeeding in this position.
