The manager plays a crucial role in identifying at-risk accounts, implementing strategies for retention, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualified candidates will have a proven track record in sales management or renewal management, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is experience in driving team performance against targets. Experience working in the APJ region and fluency in English are required, with additional language skills considered an advantage. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
