Reporting Specialist - Global HR MIS & Analytics
The Reporting Specialist - Global HR MIS & Analytics role at Clifford Chance involves designing, developing, and delivering quantitative and qualitative management information to various global groups, both within and outside the HR department. The position is based in Delhi and is part of the firm's high-performing HR MI & Analytics team, which supports strategic objectives through data-driven insights and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include providing detailed and accurate HR analysis and reporting on metrics such as FTE and headcount data, People Survey results, attrition rates, and capacity. The role involves building predictive models from multiple data sources, developing advanced algorithms to extract and classify information from large datasets, and producing monthly management packs with value-added analysis to help stakeholders identify trends and focus areas. Additionally, the specialist will devise ad-hoc metrics to support HR strategic initiatives and work on automating standard reports and designing user-friendly templates that promote self-service.
The ideal candidate should have solid reporting experience in a similar role, with excellent data handling and analytical skills, including experience working with various data sources. A working knowledge of Workday and Workday reporting is essential, along with awareness of global and European data protection requirements (GDPR). Proficiency in Excel, Workday Reporting, SQL, Power BI, Qualtrics, and Visier is required, while knowledge of R programming, Python, Tableau, and other analytical tools is advantageous. Experience in HR processes and HR technology applications, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are also important.
