Requisition Title Bureau Data Reporting Analyst II
AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Bureau Data Reporting Analyst II to join their team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is integral to the company's operations, focusing on the accurate reporting of statistical and financial data to various mandated statistical agents and federal/state agencies. The analyst will collaborate with external bureaus, state agencies, and internal departments, including IT, to ensure timely and precise completion of assessments and data calls.
Key responsibilities include reporting statistical and financial data to mandated agencies, obtaining necessary information to complete and pay assessments and surcharges promptly, and utilizing Oracle and cube data for efficient and accurate data reconciliation. The analyst will also work with IT to validate and test data accuracy, update SharePoint daily with all related documentation, and build effective partnerships with external bureaus, states, and various internal departments such as Accounts Payable, Claims, Legal Compliance, and Tax. Staying current with market trends and demands is also essential.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, and have strong organizational, time management, analytical, customer service, and interpretive skills. The ability to effectively multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, as well as independently, is crucial. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's Degree or higher and 1 to 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
