The Senior Employee Communications Specialist at AmTrust Financial serves as the primary communications partner for the NAPC Sales organization, developing and executing strategic internal communications that align sales teams with business objectives, growth initiatives, product strategies, and organizational priorities. This role collaborates closely with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, and Employee Communications to deliver timely, relevant, and engaging communications that support business performance. The position involves creating executive messages, sales updates, rate and product-launch communications, intranet content, announcements, presentations, and sales-enablement collateral to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption across the sales organization.
