Research Compliance Associate (Immediate start/Summer 2026)
The Research Compliance Associate at AlphaSights plays a pivotal role in ensuring the secure and compliant delivery of research products. Reporting to the Research Compliance Manager, this position collaborates closely with the Research, Legal, and Client Protection teams to uphold AlphaSights' commitment to legal and regulatory standards.
In this role, the associate is responsible for reviewing expert profiles and project requirements to facilitate the effective delivery of expert knowledge to clients. Additionally, they format, proofread, and screen written outputs, such as transcripts, to ensure adherence to AlphaSights' legal and compliance policies, as well as applicable regulatory requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders across the business is essential to address and resolve any compliance flags that may arise.
Ideal candidates should possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of legal and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. While prior experience in a compliance or legal role is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
