Huntress is seeking a Reseller Sales Specialist to join our dynamic reseller sales team. This role focuses on developing and managing new reseller partnerships across the EMEA region, supporting Huntress' ongoing growth and expansion. As a front-line, proactive position, the specialist will be responsible for recruiting, activating, and scaling channel partners efficiently. The primary objective is to identify, onboard, and drive revenue through reseller partners via their preferred distributors.

Key responsibilities include proactively identifying and recruiting new reseller partners such as Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and IT providers across EMEA who purchase through distribution channels. The specialist will qualify prospective partners swiftly, focusing on rapid onboarding and achieving quick initial deals. Building a robust portfolio of new Huntress resellers is essential. The role also involves collaborating closely with distribution partners to co-sell, co-market, and accelerate the sales pipeline, managing the initial 90–180 days of the reseller partner journey, and ensuring partners are well-equipped to transact efficiently.

Candidates should possess 2-5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner development, or distribution-led roles, with a proven track record in reseller partner recruitment or high-velocity sales. Experience working with EMEA distribution, particularly in tech, security, SaaS, or Microsoft environments, is strongly preferred. A solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, especially within the SMB and Commercial customer segments, is crucial. The role requires a confident communicator capable of building trust quickly with key decision-makers at reseller companies and fostering long-term partnerships. Comfort with remote work and managing a wide geographic territory, along with a willingness to travel as needed, is also necessary.
