Resource Specialist

CompuNet, Inc. is seeking a Resource Specialist to enhance engineering workforce planning and resource management. This inaugural role collaborates with leadership to provide insights into capacity, demand, utilization, technical capabilities, and workforce readiness. The Resource Specialist enables informed decisions related to staffing, hiring, training, and resource investments that support customer delivery and business growth. This role provides planning, forecasting, governance, and recommendations but does not directly manage engineering personnel, customer project schedules, or day-to-day work assignments. Resource assignment decisions remain with Engineering Leadership.
