Response Management Analyst
BVNK is establishing a centralized Response Management Office (RMO) to enhance the handling of Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) across the organization. This new function offers a unique opportunity to shape its operations, scalability, and impact within BVNK. The Response Management Analyst will play a pivotal role in defining and refining processes to meet the high standards required to secure strategic enterprise clients.
The primary responsibilities include managing the end-to-end process of RFIs, RFPs, and DDQs, developing structured project plans with clear timelines, ensuring consistent messaging and quality control, and tracking service level agreements to guarantee timely submissions. Additionally, the role involves leveraging tools like Loopio to optimize response workflows, maintaining and enhancing central knowledge libraries, identifying content gaps, and standardizing high-frequency responses into reusable modules. Collaborating on AI-powered workflows to accelerate response delivery and designing scalable automation frameworks are also key aspects of the position.
Candidates should possess a strong desire to learn and grow within a high-impact function, a passion for AI, automation, and process optimization, exceptional attention to detail, and a highly organized, process-driven approach. The ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and work proactively with urgency and accountability is essential. While previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not a requirement. Exposure to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, security questionnaires, or proposal management, as well as experience in fintech, payments, digital assets, banking, or other regulated environments, is beneficial.
