Restaurant and Retail Administrator, Swedish speaking

Wolt is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Restaurant and Retail Administrator to join our Merchant team in Budapest, Hungary. This role focuses on supporting our Swedish market by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our restaurant and retail partners. As part of a dynamic and international team, you'll contribute to enhancing the quality and accuracy of our platform's content, directly impacting customer satisfaction.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include creating and updating engaging menus, catalogs, and related content on the Wolt platform. You'll verify the accuracy and completeness of our partners' information, manage cross-functional collaborations both internally and externally, and track progress using internal tools like Mastering our systems and processes will be essential to ensure efficiency and high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both Swedish and English, with a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks. You should be comfortable with administrative duties, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in gastronomy, the food industry, content creation, editing, or marketing is considered advantageous.
