As a Restaurant Development Associate at Wolt, you will be an integral part of our Tel Aviv-based core restaurant team, managing a dynamic portfolio of restaurant partners in a fast-paced environment. This versatile role combines onboarding, account management, and commercial growth, requiring strong collaboration across the team and the wider organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of approximately 100-120 restaurant partners, supporting their performance and growth. You will lead onboarding processes for new partners, including in-person meetings, training, and go-live support over a six-week period. Ensuring smooth setup of new venues through menu optimization, system setup, and operational readiness is also key. Additionally, you will drive ongoing business growth through menu optimization, campaigns, and promotional tools, using data to identify opportunities and support day-to-day commercial conversations with partners.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience within or working with the restaurant industry, with a preference for those with restaurant or café management experience. You should have 0-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, a sales-oriented approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities, and comfort working with data and numbers are essential. Fluency in Hebrew with good English proficiency is required.
