Restaurant Development Specialist

As a Restaurant Development Specialist at Wolt, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on managing and expanding relationships with our restaurant partners in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Wolt is a technology company that started with food delivery in 2014 and has since expanded to offer a wide range of services in over 500 cities across 30 countries. In 2022, we joined forces with DoorDash to continue our global expansion.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing the growth of our current restaurant venues. Your day-to-day tasks will include producing and presenting data-driven reports, improving operational KPIs for key accounts, collaborating with the Marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, and continuously analyzing the local market to identify new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in account management, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to various audiences, and strong analytical experience with knowledge of tools like Looker or Power BI. A passion for food and developing top restaurants in town is essential. Experience with CRM systems and sales is a plus. Fluency in Russian and English, as well as Kazakh, is required.
