Restaurant Onboarding Associate

As a Restaurant Onboarding Associate at Wolt, you will be an integral part of the Merchant Services team, responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our restaurant partners in Berlin, Germany. Wolt is a technology company that started with food delivery in 2014 and has since expanded to deliver almost everything across over 500 cities in 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash to continue expanding globally.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include communicating with various internal teams to coordinate a smooth merchant onboarding process, informing partners about procedures via forms, emails, and phone calls (primarily in German), monitoring processes and tracking progress through Wolt's software tools, and mastering our systems, tools, and processes to provide optimal support to our partners.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, be a problem solver who enjoys developing creative solutions, possess a customer-centric mentality, and have one or more years of experience in sales, support, or account management. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well both independently and within diverse team environments. Fluency in German and English (at least C1 level) is required; additional language skills are a plus.
