As a Retail Account Manager at Wolt, you will independently manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized retail partners, focusing on improving performance, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong day-to-day relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a few years of experience who are ready to take ownership and drive partner success.

Your key responsibilities will include monitoring partner performance, preparing and leading regular check-ins, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance results. You will support partners in effectively utilizing Wolt's tools, such as campaigns, promotions, and ads, while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Support teams to address partner needs. Additionally, you will plan and execute campaigns to drive orders and engagement, using data to track outcomes and adjust strategies accordingly.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar partner-facing role in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, along with strong relationship-building skills and an analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights. A proactive and hands-on approach, coupled with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, is highly valued. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG is considered a plus.
