Retail Grocery Assistant

Wolt is seeking proactive and fast-learning individuals to join our team as Retail Grocery Assistants in Paralimni, Cyprus. As part of Wolt Market, our own chain of grocery stores, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and shaping the future of retail.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders through our Merchant app, accurately picking and packing groceries, and handing them to customers and courier partners. Additional duties include unloading deliveries from vendors, managing internal systems with precise information about nutrients and allergens, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization.

The ideal candidate is proactive, a fast learner, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Flexibility is essential, as the store operates seven days a week with morning and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays. While prior experience in a grocery store is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Full professional proficiency in English is required, and fluency in Greek is considered a plus. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Cyprus.
