Retail Grocery Assistant

The Retail Grocery Assistant role at Wolt Market in Limassol, Cyprus, is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional convenience and customer experience. As part of our dedicated team, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our grocery stores, ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, catering to individuals seeking flexibility in their work schedules.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include processing incoming orders through our Merchant app, efficiently picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and courier partners. You will also be tasked with unloading deliveries from vendors, managing internal systems that maintain precise information about nutrients and allergens, and upholding the cleanliness and organization of the store.

We are looking for proactive individuals who are fast learners and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Flexibility is essential, as the store operates seven days a week, requiring availability for both morning and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays. While prior experience in a grocery store is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess full professional proficiency in English, with fluency in Greek considered a plus, and must have the legal right to work in Cyprus.
