Retail Grocery Assistant

Wolt is seeking proactive and fast-learning individuals to join our Wolt Market team as Retail Grocery Assistants in Larnaca, Limassol, Nicosia, and Paphos. As part of our rapidly expanding grocery stores, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional convenience and customer experience.

In this role, you'll be responsible for processing orders through our Merchant app, picking and packing groceries, and handing them to customers and courier partners. Additional duties include unloading deliveries from vendors, managing internal systems with precise information about nutrients and allergens, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization.

Ideal candidates are proactive, quick learners with the ability to multitask. Flexibility is essential, as our stores operate seven days a week from 07:00 to 02:30, requiring availability for morning and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Experience in a grocery store is advantageous. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Greek is a plus. Applicants must have the right to work in Cyprus.
