Retail Grocery Assistant

Wolt is seeking both full-time and part-time Retail Grocery Assistants to join our team in Paphos, Cyprus. As a Retail Grocery Assistant, you will play a vital role in our daily dark store operations, ensuring efficient order processing and exceptional customer service. Our store operates seven days a week, requiring flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and processing orders through our Merchant app, accurately packing groceries, and handing them to customers and couriers. You will also manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and uphold the cleanliness and organization of the store to provide a pleasant shopping environment.

We are looking for proactive individuals who are fast learners and capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting. Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends is essential. While prior experience in a grocery store is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Greek is considered a plus. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Cyprus.
