Retail Grocery Assistant

Wolt is seeking proactive and fast-learning individuals to join our team as Retail Grocery Assistants in Famagusta-Paralimni, Cyprus. As part of Wolt Market, our innovative grocery delivery service, you'll play a crucial role in providing customers with unparalleled convenience and exceptional service.

In this role, you'll be responsible for processing orders through our Merchant app, accurately picking and packing groceries, and ensuring timely handoff to customers and courier partners. Additional duties include unloading deliveries from vendors, managing internal systems with precise information on nutrients and allergens, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization.

Ideal candidates are proactive, quick learners capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is essential, as the position requires working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. While prior experience in a grocery store is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Greek is considered a plus. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Cyprus.
