The Retail Onboarding Specialist at Wolt plays a pivotal role in integrating new retail partners into the platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end onboarding process for retail partners, from initial contact to successful go-live. The specialist will actively onboard, train, and support partners, including conducting on-site training when necessary. Coordinating photoshoots, managing external resources for data entry and catalog creation, and ensuring high-quality product data are also essential tasks. Additionally, the role involves collaborating closely with Sales, Account Management, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the onboarding process.

They should be structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are required, with confidence in engaging with various stakeholders, including senior-level contacts. A background of several years in sales, account management, operations, or customer support is preferred. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets is essential, along with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
