Revenue Operations Analyst
Workstream is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance the efficiency of our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams by transforming data into actionable insights, streamlining processes, and developing tools that empower teams to excel. This role, reporting to the Head of Finance, involves close collaboration with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The position is based in Lehi, Utah, and requires up to four days a week in the office to foster effective teamwork.
In this role, you will support cross-functional revenue initiatives, identify and resolve bottlenecks in the lead-to-cash process, and document and standardize workflows across GTM teams. You will also maintain and improve processes related to lead routing, deal management, renewals, and forecasting. Additionally, you will build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses to assist GTM leaders in making informed decisions, analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with the Data team to enhance data quality and consistency across GTM reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, Customer Success Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and advanced SQL skills for working with large or complex datasets. Experience in building dashboards, reports, and analyses using tools like Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau is also required.
