As a Revenue Specialist at Lighthouse, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the revenue strategies for a diverse portfolio of hotels. Collaborating closely with hotel owners, general managers, and directors of sales, you will analyze data and implement strategies to optimize revenue performance. This position is based in Dallas, Texas, with a hybrid work environment that combines in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing, recommending, and implementing rate, yield, channel, and e-commerce strategies tailored to each hotel's unique market position. You will lead or support revenue calls, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations. Managing online travel agent relationships and overseeing promotional participation will be key to enhancing conversion rates and market placement. Additionally, you will monitor daily performance reports, ensuring strategies are proactive and responsive to market dynamics.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field, coupled with at least two years of experience in hotel revenue management. Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools is essential, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and lead strategic discussions. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen understanding of market trends will be advantageous.
