Revenue Team Analyst
Wilson Elser, a prominent national law firm with over 1,400 attorneys across 46 offices, is seeking a Revenue Team Analyst for its White Plains, NY office. This role is integral to the firm's financial operations, focusing on managing and analyzing client accounts receivables to ensure efficient revenue processes.
The Revenue Team Analyst will be responsible for tracking client statuses, analyzing various invoice stages, and summarizing current client accounts receivables. Key duties include analyzing payments from electronically submitted invoices, participating in appeal and write-off processes, reconciling payment applications by reviewing historical data, and producing clear written communications regarding outstanding balances. Additionally, the analyst will maintain accurate records within the assigned database and collaborate effectively with regional offices, associates, partners, senior management, and client contacts.
Candidates should possess an Associate or Bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least two years of office experience, including roles in revenue or analytical positions. Experience in law firms or professional services is advantageous, particularly with an understanding of law firm revenue cycles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, is required, with experience in functions such as data entry, formatting, basic formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting. Familiarity with BillBlast, Aderant, AS400, and Minisoft ARCS is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, are essential.
