Rider Performance & Compliance Analyst

In this role, the analyst will lead the execution of rider compliance strategies, own key performance indicators (KPIs) related to rider quality, compliance, and satisfaction, and analyze rider data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps. The position involves providing actionable insights and reports to drive continuous improvement in rider operations, reducing incidents and risks through smart processes and proactive solutions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to streamline rider-related processes.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field, along with strong skills in data analysis, project management, and operations management. Excellent business and time management abilities, clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, and experience in people management and cross-functional collaboration are essential. An individual who can develop initiatives from scratch, own them, and work on continuous improvement is highly desired.
