Risk & Compliance Manager - Health & Safety

Atlas HXM is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to advance its Health & Safety (H&S) program across over 160 countries. This role involves collaborating with the Director of Risk & Compliance to develop and implement a global occupational health and safety program tailored to the diverse industries and risk profiles of Atlas' Employer of Record (EOR) client base. As a key member of the Risk & Compliance team, the manager will oversee enterprise-wide H&S risk mitigation projects and lead the creation and localization of H&S corporate policies.
