Risk Management Senior Associate

Focus Financial Partners is seeking a Risk Management Senior Associate to join their team in St. Louis, MO. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Head of Risk Management, this role is integral to advancing the enterprise risk management program within a rapidly growing financial services firm. The position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization, with a particular emphasis on third-party relationships, technology, and business operations. As a critical component of the Second Line of Defense (2LoD), the Senior Associate will provide independent oversight and effective challenge to the business.
