Roadway Project Manager

Benesch is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their Boston office, specializing in roadway and bridge projects, traffic engineering, water and wastewater services, and public involvement. This role offers an opportunity to lead transportation projects and contribute to the growth of Benesch's Massachusetts operations.

The Project Manager will be responsible for creating and executing project work plans, managing project teams with accountability for budgets and schedules, and coordinating with internal disciplines and external subconsultants. Additional duties include mentoring junior staff, contributing to division strategic growth initiatives, and representing Benesch at industry events.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and hold a Massachusetts Professional Engineer license. A minimum of 10 years of design experience, including project management, is required. Experience with MassDOT projects and strong communication and client relation skills are essential.

The expected compensation range for this position is $135,000 to $170,000 annually, with the final amount based on factors such as education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location. The total annual compensation package includes a base salary, overtime, and bonuses.
