Role Readiness Specialist (Sales Trainer)
As a Sales Role Readiness Specialist at Motive, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our new hires by delivering and optimizing our onboarding programs. You will provide coaching and training to entry and mid-level Customer Success and Sales employees while also taking on a leadership role in refining enablement strategies, developing content, and driving continuous improvements to enhance new hire ramp time.
Key responsibilities include leading and facilitating sales onboarding programs by delivering engaging and impactful training sessions to multiple cohorts of new team members throughout their ramp period. You will act as a subject matter expert on sales strategy, process adherence, and best practices, conducting role-plays, live coaching, and feedback sessions to reinforce learning and skill application.
To be successful in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience building content and facilitating training across a multi-site sales organization, along with 2+ years of progressive responsibility in Enablement, Learning & Development, or Training roles in a high-growth, B2B, SaaS organization. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills, are essential. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
