Rotational Product Management Program 2026

Wolt is seeking talented individuals to join its Rotational Product Management Program, a 30-month full-time initiative based in Helsinki, Finland. This program is designed to develop the next generation of product leaders by providing participants with the opportunity to work across three different product teams, including the core Wolt app, Wolt Market, and logistics optimization. Upon successful completion, participants are expected to transition into Product Lead roles within the company.

Participants will drive end-to-end product development, from inception to market launch, conduct user research and market analysis, and focus on enhancing Wolt's customer experience. Responsibilities include owning product roadmaps, analyzing data to inform decision-making and prioritization, collaborating with designers to understand customer needs, and effectively communicating findings and visions to engineering teams.

Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of professional experience in a full-time role, demonstrating a blend of product understanding and business acumen, with a willingness to take full ownership of their scope. While prior product management experience is not required, familiarity with development processes and a keen interest in product development are beneficial. Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools is advantageous, as is previous experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, scale-ups, or top-tier management consulting.
