RPA Automation Manager
Envoy Global is seeking an experienced RPA Automation Manager to lead and scale our Robotic Process Automation initiatives. This critical leadership role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions, ensuring production stability, and driving measurable business value through intelligent automation. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Key responsibilities include managing the entire RPA lifecycle—from process discovery and solution design to development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. The RPA Automation Manager will design and oversee enterprise-grade automations using UiPath (Cloud & Desktop) and Power Automate, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, resiliency, and auditability. Additionally, the role involves leading complex automations involving API integrations, databases, and cross-system workflows, as well as troubleshooting production issues and driving continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and guide a team of RPA Developers, Senior Developers, and RPA Ops Engineers. Responsibilities include reviewing solution designs, ensuring code quality, supporting hiring and onboarding processes, and promoting a culture of quality and continuous learning. Acting as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders on all RPA initiatives, the RPA Automation Manager will translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions with clear ROI, and collaborate with IT, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to ensure successful deployments and environment stability.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 8–12 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in RPA. Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, enterprise deployment models) is essential, along with prior experience in a technical manager role within RPA or Intelligent Automation. Desirable qualifications include understanding and experience in "Agentic AI" in automation, solid experience with REFramework and reusable automation patterns, API integrations, databases and SQL fundamentals, version control systems, and RPA lifecycle management and exception handling.
