RPA Engineer
Envoy Global, Inc. is seeking a skilled and proactive RPA Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The RPA Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring automation solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include creating RPA workflows using UiPath and Power Automate, troubleshooting issues by accessing Virtual Machines (VMs) and validating bot actions, integrating bots with databases and APIs for seamless data exchange, monitoring and maintaining bot execution to ensure reliability, deploying and supporting RPA workflows across various environments in coordination with DevOps and IT teams, and documenting technical workflows, including process maps, configuration details, and support guides.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with UiPath and Power Automate, a strong understanding of the RPA lifecycle, exception handling, and best practices, basic proficiency in SQL for querying and updating databases, familiarity with API integration (REST/SOAP), including authentication and data exchange, experience with version control tools such as Git, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional experience in RPA operations, preferably with UiPath, ranging from 2 to 4 years, is also required.
