RPA Operations Engineer

Envoy Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RPA Operations Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a leader in the global immigration space, Envoy Global combines an industry-leading technology platform with holistic services to streamline and expedite the immigration process for employers and individuals.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining RPA bots in production, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely issue resolution. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring bot executions, reviewing logs in UiPath Orchestrator and Power Automate to identify errors, performing first-level production support by accessing Virtual Machines to validate bot activities, conducting post-execution operational checks, and supporting the deployment of new bot builds.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Recent graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply. You should have 0–2 years of experience in RPA operations, automation support, or application support roles, with working knowledge of the UiPath and Power Automate platforms. A basic understanding of RPA execution cycles, exception handling, familiarity with Windows environments and Virtual Machines, along with good communication skills and attention to detail, are essential.
