Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated Runner to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This full-time, in-office position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing mailroom activities and coordinating deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, working collaboratively with various departments across the organization.

The primary responsibilities of the Runner include overseeing daily mailroom operations, such as receiving, processing, and organizing all incoming and outgoing mail. Additionally, the role involves organizing and stocking office supplies, handling large box deliveries, setting up workstations for new employees, and assisting the HR Manager with office management tasks. The Runner will also be responsible for driving to other local offices as needed to deliver mail or supplies.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and possess computer skills, including familiarity with mailroom equipment like copy machines and package tracking software. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle are required, with the vehicle insured at all times maintaining 100/300 bodily injury limits. The role demands the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, while kneeling and bending. Strong knowledge of local roads and/or the ability to use GPS for deliveries between offices is essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing a fast-paced workload with minimal supervision.

Morgan & Morgan offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20, along with an excellent benefits package for full-time employees.
