Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a Runner to join their team in Providence, Rhode Island. This role is integral to the firm's daily operations, ensuring efficient mailroom services and internal coordination. As a Runner, you will work closely with various departments, contributing to the seamless functioning of the office.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the daily operations of the mail department, which involves receiving, processing, and organizing all office mail. You will also be tasked with organizing and stocking office supplies, moving and lifting large box deliveries, setting up workstations for new employees, and assisting the HR Manager with office management tasks. Additionally, you may be required to drive to other local offices to deliver mail or supplies as needed.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of mailroom equipment such as copy machines, package tracking software, and postage systems, is essential. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to a vehicle is required, with the vehicle insured at all times and maintaining 100/300 Bodily Injury limits. The ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, while kneeling and bending, is necessary. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision are also important.
