As a Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Motive, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on engaging and closing the company's largest prospects. This role is pivotal in driving growth within Motive's fastest-growing segment, selling into North America's most impactful companies that power the physical economy. Motive provides tools that enhance safety, productivity, and profitability for businesses managing drivers, vehicles, equipment, and fleet-related expenses.

Your primary responsibilities include leading a team of seasoned Account Executives, developing and executing strategic account and territory plans, and tracking progress against key performance indicators. You will cultivate a high-performance culture through best-in-class hiring and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Sales Operations. Additionally, you will directly engage high-priority client prospects to effectively communicate the value of Motive's offerings.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience directly managing SaaS sales teams at the enterprise level, with a proven history of exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and motivational skills are essential, along with a passion for coaching and developing sales talent. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is required, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional partners. A people-based mindset and a history of developing great sales cultures are also important.

Compensation for this role includes on-target earnings ranging from $375,000 to $400,000 CAD, which may consist of base pay and commissions.
