Safer Gambling Analyst (Danish-speaking)*
Videoslots is seeking a Danish-speaking Safer Gambling Analyst to join their team in Malta. This role is integral to the company's commitment to responsible gaming, ensuring player safety and compliance with industry standards. As part of the Safer Gambling team, the analyst will work collaboratively to uphold Videoslots' reputation as a leading online casino.
The primary responsibilities include analyzing risk-scoring reports to identify potential addictive behavior, contacting at-risk players via phone or email to provide support, and implementing measures such as additional checks, self-exclusion, and account blocking. The analyst will also monitor escalated player registrations to prevent underage gambling, assess risks associated with self-excluded players, and review follow-up case reports regularly. Escalating complex cases with recommendations to senior management and recommending changes to Safer Gambling operational activities are also key aspects of the role.
Candidates should be native or fluent in Danish and proficient in English, both spoken and written. Essential skills include effective listening, empathy, analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. A positive mindset, flexibility, and a team-oriented approach are crucial. Previous experience or knowledge in the iGaming industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation includes private health insurance, a wellness allowance of up to €300 per year, and a performance bonus of up to 10% of the base salary paid quarterly.
