Sales Analyst Intern
As a Sales Analyst Intern on the Revenue Operations team at Auctane, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and enhancing the company's revenue processes. Auctane is a leading provider of mailing and shipping software solutions, enabling businesses worldwide to efficiently manage their shipping needs. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the end-to-end revenue funnel, including leads, pipeline, bookings, retention, and expansion. You will build and maintain dashboards and reports utilized by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership. Additionally, you will write SQL queries to extract and validate data from CRM and data warehouse sources, support forecasting and pipeline health analysis, and identify trends and inefficiencies in go-to-market processes to provide actionable insights.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and datasets are essential. Experience with SQL and Excel (or Google Sheets) is required, along with an interest in revenue metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, churn, and ARR/MRR. Effective communication skills to convey insights to non-technical audiences and a high attention to detail are also important.
This paid, 9-week internship is scheduled from June 9, 2025, to August 13, 2025, with a 40-hour workweek, excluding the week of July 4th. The position is based in Austin, TX, following a hybrid work model: in-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote on Monday and Friday.
