Motive is seeking a Sales Development Intern to join our dynamic Go-To-Market team in London. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales development within a company dedicated to enhancing safety, productivity, and profitability for businesses managing physical operations. Motive serves nearly 100,000 customers across various industries, including transportation, construction, and manufacturing.

As a Sales Development Intern, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Development team to learn and implement Motive's specific sales processes. Your primary responsibilities will include contacting prospective clients through cold calls and emails, qualifying accounts and contacts based on set criteria, and supporting the team with data enrichment and other administrative tasks. Additionally, you will assist in creating pitch messaging to effectively communicate Motive's value proposition to potential clients.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a strong desire to progress to a Sales Development Representative role. A strong work ethic, drive, and the ability to handle rejection and persevere are essential. Excellent communication skills, coachability, and a team-focused mindset are also important. Fluency in German or Dutch is highly desirable for this position.

This internship is designed as a pathway to a permanent position as a Sales Development Representative upon successful completion. The role requires working in the London office three days a week, providing a collaborative and supportive environment to develop your sales skills and industry knowledge.
