Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. A genuine passion for sales, relationship building, and achieving ambitious goals is highly valued. Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive, analytical approach to targeted outreach strategies are also important for success in this position.
