Sales Director - APAC
BVNK is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our Commercial team, focusing on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role reports directly to the Global Vice President of Commercial and involves close collaboration with various functions within the company. The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the financial sector.
The primary responsibilities include increasing revenue across all product lines and acquiring and maintaining relationships with clients in financial verticals. The role requires understanding client needs at every development stage and evaluating competitor activities to ensure BVNK continues to add value. The Sales Director will work with the commercial lead to build and manage a pipeline of clients and develop a commercial strategy for adequate coverage of targeted verticals. Additionally, the role involves providing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis, and serving as the commercial point of contact for product managers to understand customer pain points and feedback.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in sales or business development, particularly within the financial sectors. A successful track record in managing relationships and closing business is essential. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and experience with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies.
