Sales Lead (Crypto Hiring)

Engaging key decision-makers within the Web3 ecosystem, such as Founders, HR Leaders, and Talent Acquisition Managers, will be a critical aspect of your day-to-day responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in professional sales, with a proven track record in SaaS or B2B platforms. A deep understanding of the crypto industry landscape and its unique hiring challenges is essential. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build long-term relationships with institutional clients is required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a results-oriented mindset, are crucial for success in this role. Prior experience in recruitment technology or the HR-tech space is highly preferred.
