Sales manager
Eurofins is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Array services in the North region. This role is integral to our genomics division, focusing on delivering advanced analytical solutions to clients across various industries.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets in NGS and Array services by identifying and engaging potential clients. Key duties include developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, collecting and reporting customer and market feedback, analyzing sales data, and providing regular forecasts to zonal heads. The role requires extensive travel, approximately 80% per month, to meet with potential and existing customers, present company offerings, and build brand awareness.
Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Life Sciences or a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences with an MBA. Experience in the genomics business, particularly in NGS and Array services, is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, and a proven track record in developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
