Sales Manager, Large Enterprise
Klaviyo is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Account Executives focused on large-scale enterprise engagements. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and coaching seasoned sellers to achieve consistent success, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product, marketing, and customer success initiatives.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting and owning the forecast cadence, tracking leading indicators, and driving accountability across the team. They will help build and manage a rich pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities, enable deal prioritization, and support the closing of high-impact deals. Additionally, the role includes identifying skill gaps, delivering ongoing professional development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
Candidates should have 4+ years of experience managing enterprise or strategic sales teams in a SaaS environment, with a background in MarTech, CRM, or e-commerce. A proven track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing enterprise sales teams is essential. Strong analytical skills, executive presence, and experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC and Command the Message are also required.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary for this position, determined by factors including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
