Sales Manager, Large Enterprise
Klaviyo is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Account Executives focused on large-scale enterprise engagements. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and coaching seasoned sales professionals to drive success in the Large Enterprise segment. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in shaping the sales strategy and execution within this critical growth area.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting and owning the forecast cadence, tracking leading indicators, and driving accountability across the team. They will develop and execute enterprise-level sales strategies in partnership with senior leadership, aligned with product, marketing, and customer success. Additionally, the role involves helping the team build and manage a rich pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities, enabling deal prioritization, and supporting the closing of high-impact deals.
Candidates should have a proven track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing enterprise sales teams. Experience managing enterprise or strategic sales teams in SaaS, particularly in MarTech, CRM, or e-commerce, is essential. The role requires strong analytical skills, executive presence, and the ability to operate in a high-velocity, dynamic environment. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command the Message is preferred.
